Raavan 2010 directed by Mani Ratnam

Raavan is a recently released Hindi film, produced, written, and directed by Mani Ratham. The story starts with the scene with Beera Munda played by Abhishek Bachachan. People are distracted by Munda’s gang. Munda also kidnaps Ragini Sharma. Despite the crimes, Beera committed, he is still accepted as a local hero, compared to Robin Hood. But in fact, he is a terrorist, as perceived by the police.

The movie has an interesting plot and I believe it won’t be boring for you to watch. I should admit it looks more like all Bollywood movies – exaggeratedly emotional, sentimental and action-provoking . Everything is quite musical and rhythmic. The hero is really brave and desperate – he is ready to sacrifice his life for the sake of other people . Overall, the scenes did not look carefully edited; they were too long and made little sense, although camerawork and action were just great. This is why the movie was not highly appraised by the critics.

Frankly speaking, I am not a big fan of Indian movies because they are too overwhelmed with passion, emotions, and feelings. Lots of joy, anger, hatred, and joy – too much for me. I believe there should be less displays of that to interest the audience, you might not agree with me. In this respect, you can express your opinion in writing a good research paper or business report writing to either support or decline my suggestions concerning the movie.
